The story behind the CV

I'm a Business Analyst with 7+ years of enterprise experience across Accenture, Cerence and TCS — specialising in ITSM process analysis, requirements gathering and operational transformation.

What makes me different: I've spent years on the operational side — managing P1/P2 major incidents, designing governance frameworks and producing KPI dashboards for C-level stakeholders. I know what good process design looks like because I've seen what happens when it breaks down.

In 2025 I completed an MSc in Business Analytics at Dublin Business School — graduating with First Class Honours while working full time. I'm now combining deep operational expertise with formal analytical capability to deliver data-driven business improvements.
